In our moulding facilities in the company office
in Sulzbach-Rosenberg, up to 25 machines are in
operation, and can produce up to 225,000 plastic
items every day, bearing the Made in Germany
logo. The tools we need for our manufacturing are
produced in Hohenstadt, near our headquarters.
In the processing department, up to 40 modern
machines can finish around 125,000 items every day
through 11 different processes.
In our elasto-headquarters in Sulzbach-Rosenberg,
within our administrative building of approx.
8,000 m², you will find our individual departments
dedicated to shopping, product development, sales
and advice, the pre-press stage and administration.
Our modern showroom is also located here.
Customers and interested individuals have the
opportunity to view and examine our products at any
time. You are very welcome!
The finished items are stored in our high-bay
warehouse and commissioned. For our approximately
2 million permanently in-stock items, around 8,000
pallet spaces are available in our logistics department,
as well as a sophisticated logistics system that is
supported by software.
